Positions Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the role of the Capture Manager, Health

Care is to devise a strategy to seek new business opportunities for ACI Federal and bring

them through the full lifecycle of activities. From Identifying to proposal to close, the

Capture Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle management of all

new business at ACI Federal.

Cultivating strong internal and external relationships with C-Level Suite, various levels

of US government officials and prime contractors is key in growing ACI Federal to being

an industry leader. The ability to demonstrate and lead in promoting the company by

developing standard business practices, effectively negotiating contracts and the ability to

determine what will be a winning combination of client/company relationship will ensure

that we build a business that will be effective in years to come.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience leading $100M+ business opportunities through the acquisition

process.

The ability to strategically target agencies/businesses and approach “C” suite

executives about ACI Federal's offering.

Comprehensive understanding of government contracting, Department of

Defense acquisitions and the FAR for the professional services industry.

Proven experience identifying and capturing Federal Government contracts.

The ability to initiate and maintain relationships with potential business

partners, influencers, and decisions makers throughout the healthcare vertical.

The ability to develop winning strategies that focus on clients needs with cost

effective solutions that are a win-win for both the customer and ACI.

The ability to present a solutioned proposal to the client as well as any

stakeholders.

The ability to build a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities for

ACI.

Qualifications and Experience:
Ten or more years of relevant acquisition work experience; technical writing

and pricing/price analysis experience is desirable.

Proven experience with Government contracts, DoD acquisitions and the FAR

for the professional services industry.

Experience in identifying and capturing Federal Government contracts.

Advanced knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite software

to create presentations, author documents and conduct financial analysis.

Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives concurrently

GovCon/ GSA/ 621 experience
