Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Reports to: ASC Card Services Operations Officer

Position Description

The Card Services Representative processes the daily activities of the Bank’s Debit and ATM card operations and associated support functions. You will be responsible for processing ATM/Debit Card Applications & change requests, monitoring of ATM and Debit Card fraud & dispute reports, and process Regulation E/Visa ATM/Debit Card Disputes. You will support Citizens Banks Branches and Departments with ATM and Debit card inquiries. The Card Services Representative will report to the Account Service Center Card Services Operations Officer. The Card Services Representative works with the Card Services team to complete daily Debit and ATM card operations. The Card Services Representative will resolve inquires and escalate issues as appropriate.

Card Services Representative

  • Balance assigned General Ledgers.
  • Checkback, Filing & Scanning.
  • Process Fraud Alerts.
  • Process Applications, Card Reorders, Travel Notices & Change Requests.
  • Process ATM/Debit Card Regulation E/Visa Disputes.
  • Tier I support for situational analysis & troubleshooting requiring critical thinking.

General

  • Model the Citizens Bank Corporate Culture in all aspects of interactions and work.
  • Create a connection and develop rapport with Bank personnel to provide outstanding, personalized service.
  • Maintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments to maximize effectiveness and to best serve our customers.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Responsible for completing all training courses assigned.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other banking regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • No prior banking experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating Windows based PC.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with general office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, 10-key, filing systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of basic addition and subtraction.
