PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
While embracing the mission and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay, the Career Navigator will coordinate Refugee Career Development Services. These services include individual career development case management, organizing and/or leading workforce-based classes and job training initiatives for adult learners. The Career Navigator will maintain a caseload of individual client cases to assist both refugees and asylees with career development/long term career planning. Will be responsible to fulfill all contractual requirements of a state-funded grant and meet outcome goals.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- BA in education, social sciences, or relevant field of study and two years relevant experience required
- At least one year demonstrated experience devising standards-based curriculum for classroom instruction
- One or more years of experience networking and developing partnerships in the community
- Two or more years of experience working in a multi-cultural setting
- Demonstrated experience working with and training volunteers or instructors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Excellent writing skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Preferred: Bilingual (Dari, Pashto, Swahili, Russian)
