Legacy1864 is a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our elderly and dementia residents. We serve 20-25 residents at Willow Grove Assisted Living, located in North Spokane. We work with high medical needs as well as Traumatic Brain injury clients. Our team is positive, uplifting, and has a supportive and involved management team. -We are hiring for our NOC position 10PM-8AM 3-4 days a week. $22.00 an hour fully certified

-Supervisory and Management as well as Team Lead positions available! Must have all certifications.

• Responsibilities include:
• ADL’s, lifting up to 40 lbs, proficiency in caregiving tasks
• Med techs with Nurse Delegation and med pass experience
• Behavior Management and redirection
• Engagement and interaction with our residents, helping to make their lives great!
• Assistance with eating/feeding residents who have need
• Documentation, Organization, paper flow
• Positivity, eager to learn, willingness to grow, and desire to have fun while providing exceptional care

• The right team member possesses the following requirements:
• HCA, CNA, or NAR w/2011 exemption letter OR;
• Willingness to complete classes (we provide all courses and training to new caregivers with a starting wage of $18/hr)
• CPR, 1st aide, Specialty trainings
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, work in a fast paced environment, problem solve, and work well within a team
• Must perform proficiently and competently with our clients and maintain a professional working relationships with associates
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
• Excellent communication and team work
• Be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
