Rockwell Care Services is now accepting applicants for our new group home opening in May. The home is located in Pocatello, and the disabled Participants are moving in mid-May. Get in on the ground floor of opening a new Residential Habilitation home. Work with great managers. We are accepting both male and female applicants. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- General assistance around their home
- Running errands with the individuals
- Engaging in activities like games, memory books, and light exercise
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing & grooming)
- Assist in developing life skills by following program guidelines
What do you need to apply?
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, reliable and provide excellent care
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- At least 6 months of paid experience, or 1 year of unpaid experience caring for others
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations
- Possess a valid driver's license, and have use of an insured automobile
- At least 18 years of age
