Current Position Openings:

• 2PM - 10PM - Full-time or Part-time
• 10PM- 6AM - Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care focusing on engagement and life enrichment.
• Assist tenants with activities of daily living (ADL’s) focusing on safety and compassion through morning care, evening care, and bathing assistance.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tenant apartments through picking-up, cleaning, trash removal, and laundry transport.
• Chart on tenant care records and administer oral medications
• Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity
• Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships
• Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate

Requirements:

• Experience as a Healthcare Aide is a plus, but not required as training can be provided to the right person!
• Applicants must be eighteen years of age or older
• Competencies in person-directed and elder-directed caregiving
• Desire to work with and serve tenants in a way that is compassionate, personalized, and respectful
