Position Summary:
Responsible for administrative, business, and other operational activities such as, but not limited to, HR, payroll, IVR, managing PCA (Personal Care Attendants) and clients, and resolving client issues in conjunction with the Regional Director.
Essential Duties:
· Maintain personal caseload of 60 clients/caregivers and ensure client/caregiver files are up to date.
· Processes authorizations as directed by the client's care plan established upon authorization.
· Enters schedules into the IVR system and manages client schedules. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's services are not interrupted.
· Communicates frequently with MCO care coordinators, client, and caregivers to provide service updates.
· Conducts monthly home visits as required and client wellness calls as needed.
· Reports client incidents and provides complete follow-through on escalated complaints and claims.
· Supervises caregivers by setting expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct by holding them accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.
· Processes new hire packets and ensures all documentation is neat, accurate, and submitted to payroll, including any applicable certificates and training needed for new caregivers.
· Maintains accurate system records and ensures all employee records, including certification records are current.
· Set up training for new/current caregivers and oversee or facilitate classes, including quarterly meetings with MCOs.
· Process all "New Client" inquiries, assessments, and requests.
· Performs caseload audit and responds to audit requests for personal care attendants and other files.
· Files CIR/APS reports, follows up with the agency/MCO, and handles related personal care attendant issues as appropriate.
· Complies with all Managed Care Organization, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations always.
· Ensures the appearance of the office's/workspace open environment is professional: neat, clean, orderly, and generally free of clutter.
· Attend promotional events and outreach events within local community.
· Participate in meetings with Regional Director
· Provide other administrative support as necessary
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
· General math and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and client information, manage time, handle stressful situations, and work with deadlines.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Successfully pass a background check.
· Possess a willingness to assist, encourage, and honor those we serve.
Preferred Experience
· Previous experience working in a home care environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. Possibility of working the occasional weekend for promotional events. Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to operate personal vehicle, drive to our client’s homes and events in the area. Possible training and/or event that may require extended travel time.
Compensation: Hourly, dependent on experience. $250 sign on bonus (payable after 90 days) and initial training is paid
