About our organization: Applied ABC provides home based ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy to children with autism in 30 states in the U.S.
DESCRIPTION of the position: Case Manager will work with therapists and families to coordinate ABA services.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm or 8:00-4:00pm
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact client services
- Complete work with composure/tact
- Adherence to policies/procedures and according to all processes
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure services are rendered/billed correctly
- Facilitate conversations about necessity of consistent services/benefits of service utilization
- Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist
- Other tasks as assigned/required
- Proactive with problem solving
- Ability to multitask/swap between tasks
- Ability to navigate high stress conversations with tact / mitigate complaints / escalate to supervisor as needed
- Have excellent computer skills including excel, word, outlook, online programs
- Be able to manage phone lines
- Have knowledge of Autism, ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be able to work independently yet seek advice or support when needed
- Excellent communication skills, have excellent phone manners and cheerful disposition
- Be detail oriented throughout workday
- Ability to prioritize tasks (outreach, troubleshooting, follow ups, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS of the job: Must have a minimum of 1 full year of office administration experience or autism related experience
Job Type: Full-time- In-Office
Salary: $38,000-$40,000 a year
