Do you have a passion and experience working with adults in the community to help improve their overall Financial Wellness? Are you a dedicated human services professional with management experience? Jewish Community Services, a large non-profit human services organization, is seeking a full time Case Manager II Supervisor.

In this position you will:
  • Be responsible for statistics and grant reporting for rental assistance.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operational and administrative activities for a team of experienced Case Managers.
  • Implement program policies and procedures to provide support services and resources addressing needs such as financial assistance and/or rental assistance.
  • Develop and measure progress towards outcome goals and metrics.
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Minimum of 2 years grant administration experience.
  • Supervisory experience
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of best practices in Grant Management
  • Familiarity with supervisory functions and understanding of business and organizational aspects of service delivery
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Jewish customs, traditions, and values
