Grocery Outlet "OPENING SOON" and looking to hire for Hazlet's newest Grocery Store.

• We are interested in hiring 20-30 associates for our set team (January 16 - February 1) From February 2 we will need cashiers, floor stockers/merchandisers and overall help in all departments.

• Cashiers
• General Merchandise
• Health & Beauty
• Grocery
• Produce
• Frozen
• Meat
• Deli & Dairy

These are just to name a few departments around the store that associates will be asked to work in. However, is not limited to just departmental responsibility your unlimited to the needs of the store regardless what position and title. Some of these positions will lead to department lead positions or supervisory positions that will be at a higher payrate. Note - All associates should be open to all responsibilities under the GO banner as requested. We are a family owned and operated grocery store and work as a team.

• We are interested in speaking with friendly, talented and enthusiastic people to join our GO family.
• Must be able to work varying shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Open to being cross-trained or cross-skilled for varying departments is a plus.
• During set-up must be able to work set-up hours (minimum 2-3 weeks).

• Leads (If you have experience in grocery and supervisory, we'd love to talk to you).

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $16.50

Shifts Scheduled:

• Minimum 4 hours
• Maximum 8 hours

Note:

During set-up all associates will and should have the ability/trained to cashier and provide customer service. Our goal during set-up is to give you the skills to learn and understand warehouse, receiving, stocking, staging, product placement/flow, cleanliness, FIFO/product rotation, merchandising, and much more. After set-up, job roles will be assigned but not limited to job title as all our associates will be cross-trained and well-rounded for optimal performance.
