Your role at Clorox:

Leveraging data and insights is key to driving this growth and the CAS Manager position on the Family Dollar team focuses on putting the customer first in our decision making processes.
In this role, you will:
Seeking a data-savvy person that can turn insights from multiple sources into actionable results at retail. Ideally looking for someone near Family Dollar HQ in Virginia, but willing to consider remote candidates.
What we look for:
Key Components of the Role:
- Leverage data to create recommendations leading to break through execution with the customer
- Annual Category Review Preparation
- Weekly and Monthly Business Updates
- Ad-hoc Buyer Requests
- Building engaging presentations centered around the low-income consumer and their changing needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Years and Type of Experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of customer, data, systems and ability to analyze information and trends to make recommendations: 3 years experience
- Sales/Category Management Background: 3 years experience
- Skills and Abilities
- Data Analysis background required
- 1010 Proficiency Highly Desired
- Creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for serving the needs of low-income consumers a plus
- Education Level/Degree
- BS/BA College Degree
