sales! The Sales Assistant will be responsible for answering the main catering lines and fielding inbound catering & event
inquiries for CRAVE Catering, Muse Event Center and Quincy Hall. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales
team through various duties with the goal of increasing sales. The ideal candidate will be interested in pursuing a career
within the hospitality/events industry.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and manage database entry.
- Assist with creating and updating Banquet Event Orders and diagrams.
- Serve as the liaison for the company’s catering programs for the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute paperwork for internal meetings, client tastings, and other events as needed.
- Manage overall office materials and environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through frequent communication and the use of professional,
- Attend events and meetings as needed.
- Present a well-groomed image and dress appropriately in business attire.
- Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of catering policies and procedures.
- Tech-savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to design a spreadsheet and a Word document.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
