Job Description:

The Catering Sales Manager at Dipped Doughnuts will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The role involves managing the sales process from initial contact through to event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including event planners, corporate clients, and other potential customers
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase visibility of the company
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and design custom catering packages
• Collaborate with the team to ensure menu offerings meet client needs and budget
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and invoices to clients
• Manage all aspects of event coordination, including logistics, staffing, and equipment rental
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest standard and client satisfaction is achieved
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in catering sales or a related field
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of catering industry and event coordination
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience, plus commission on sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
