Skopos Catering is a new company based in Wood-Ridge, NJ. We are affiliated with Skopos Hospitality Group, which has six unique restaurants located in Northern NJ.
We are currently seeking a Catering Sous Chef!

Responsibilities
KITCHEN
- Monitor and ensure that standard operating procedures are met
- Support and manage prep for catering orders; ensure all prep items and recipes are made to standard
- Working with the Chef and Sales Team on seasonal and holiday mensu.
- Assist in interviewing, selecting and onboarding hourly new hires
- Assist monitoring the receiving of all product to ensure it meets standards
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Schedule staff; assist in payroll related responsibility (checking hours)
- Basic Cash Handling
- Send HR- related processes such as worker’s comp, and accident reports.
- Manage inventory and costs with the Chef
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience required
- 2+ years of management experience required
- Experience with back of house administrative and managerial duties a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tech basics

Physical Demands
