The Cell Lead position for Pall Aeropower Corporation is responsible for collaborating with Value Stream Leader/Business Unit Manager to ensure our goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity are met or exceeded while producing product to specification requirements.

Second Shift position is part of the
Cores department and will be located in
New Port Richey, FL. Our mission is to solve our customers' biggest filtration, separation, and purification challenges. And, in doing so, advance health, safety and environmentally responsible technologies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Update Production charts (Visual management tools) and report production activities, team goals and countermeasures to management during daily management meetings
- Responsible for yearly employee performance reviews, employee corrective actions, reviewing/approving daily time and attendance, and approving time off requests.
- Work closely with production planners; oversee stock room activities, transactions, work order close out, monitor parts shortages, and order non inventory items as required.
- Implement training, new procedures, and coordinate manufacturing operations in the related area
- Review and project monthly shipment dollars and past due projections for your department to meet company goals
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High School diploma or local equivalent (i.e., GED).
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
- Prior supervisory experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP
Other requirements:
- This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
