RVCC is Hiring A Central Intake Coordinator!

As one of the largest providers of mental health therapy in our region, River Valley Counseling Center offers a full-spectrum of care. We offer high quality outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Our practice is continuing to grow, and we are looking to add a central intake coordinator to our team!

Our central intake coordinators keep our organization running smoothly by taking incoming requests for mental health care treatment, making referrals, and collaborating with insurance providers.

The salary for this role is $17-$23/hour based on qualifications.

The Qualifications:

• You have a high school diploma or GED

• You have 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or other office work.

• You are good at customer service and client contact.

• Experience in human services or work at a medical office is preferred.

• You are bilingual (Spanish/English).

  
  

The Responsibilities

• Respond to all calls from potential clients.

• Document calls, make referrals when necessary.

• Check insurance eligibility and authorizations.

• Provide reports and other data.

• Other duties as assigned.
