IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Recent experience working in a for-profit, free-standing inpatient psychiatric hospital a plus.
• COO, CEO, Assistant Administrator, Executive Director Behavioral Health, COO in Training, Vice President Behavioral Health, Administrator or Director of Behavioral Health experience a plus
• Great communications skills.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health management practices and operations
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Inpatient Psych experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
