Solo practitioner is looking to hire a Certified Medical Assistant who desires to be an integral part of a strong clinical team.

Must be reliable, self-motivated, organized, possess a high level of multi-tasking ability and exercise sound clinical judgement. Must be computer and phone proficient and have the ability to work with and contribute to the team.

Duties will include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls, scheduling patients, rooming patients and obtaining health history, vitals and all relevant information pertaining to visit. Ensure all related reports, labs and information are in the EHR prior to patient’s appointment. Stock exam rooms with proper medical supplies, maintain and sterilize equipment.

This position requires professional communication skills in person and over the telephone with the ability to properly manage messages from patients, staff and physician.

Competitive wage and benefits to be discussed on interview. Work schedule Monday thru Thursday, 7:30 - 5 pm and every other Friday, 9/ 80 schedule (80 hours in 9 days).

Applicant must be a Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years current experience and COVID19 vaccinated.
