Westwood Post Acute is seeking a committed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and to join our AWESOME TEAM!

Salary Range: $24 to $26 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Job Type:

• Full Time - 8 hours per day x 40 hours per week
• Part Time - 3 days per week! OPEN!

Shift Available:

• - Morning - 7:00 AM to 3:30PM
• - Afternoon - 3:00PM to 11:30PM
• - Evening - 11:00PM to 7:30AM

Experience:

• Preferred with experience
• Newly passer - You are welcome!

Qualification:

- Must have active CNA license in state of California

- Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association

- Must have an active CPR Certification

- Must comply to Vaccination for COVID 19 adherence to California DOH Policy

- Must willing to commute

- Preferred - no sponsorship needed to work in California

- Clear written and verbal English Communication Skills

- Must be skillful in Basic Organizational

- Must be knowledgeable in Computer Skills

- Ability to think and work independently with direction from supervisor

- Efficient and consistent communication with patients, co-workers and other healthcare professionals in our facility

- Professional, Time-sensitive, and can endure high-pressure situations

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and patient assessment skills

Job Description Summary:

A Nursing Assistant, or a Nursing Aide, provides healthcare and support to patients in a medical facility. Their main duties include offering basic physical assistance to patients, feeding patients according to their dietary needs and recording vital signs.

Other daily tasks are the following:

_- Help patients use the bathroom
- Clean and bathe patients or residents
- Maintain patients’ hygiene and change bedding
- Turn, reposition and move patients between wheelchairs, seats and beds
- Serve meals and help patients eat their food
- Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature
- Listen to patients regarding any health concerns they might have and report details to a Registered Nurse or Doctor_

Nursing Assistant has several duties and responsibilities that they learn through studies and experience. We are looking for someone are passionate in healthcare field and willing to learn.
