Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Duration: 3+ Months with possible extension
Location: 3401 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19140
Shift Timings: Hours: Rotating (The hours are rotating but simply looking for a day tech, evening tech, and night tech. Shift times for day tech- 730am till 4pm, evening tech - 230pm till 11pm, night tech -11pm till 730am
Job Summary:
· Workers will be responsible for transporting medications from mobile cleanroom unit (outside the hospital) to inpatient pharmacy, rock pavilion, and boyer pavilion.
· Assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and patient care areas.
· Identifies, prepares, packages, labels and delivers medications, including sterile products, under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Requirements:
· Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
· Experience General Experience in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)
· License/Certifications CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician (Required).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
