Enablement/Change Management Associate
6-month contract
Hourly Rate: $35
Location: Remote
An oil and gas client of Insight Global is currently undergoing a transformational analytics platform modernization effort that spans multiple years and will impact everyone in the organization. There is a change management (OCM) effort underway to identify key stakeholders, develop core messaging, and other supporting materials to upskill the workforce and prepare them to implement and support the modern analytics systems that are being executed under the modernization program.
In addition to this technological change, the Architecture, Governance, and Enablement group has introduced a Lean-Agile (Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe) way of working. The Enablement Associate will work alongside the Sr. OCM (Organizational Change Management) Analyst on the analytics platform transformation effort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and enable the development of all training guidance centralized within a streamlined SharePoint site to provide new users with training resources for the new SharePoint-based modern analytics platforms.
- Assist with the development of core messaging and other change management artifacts, as well as artifacts providing training guidance and synthesizing available resources
- Facilitate the detailed coordination of training logistics including scheduling events, Q&A sessions, managing conference room bookings, catering arrangements, etc.
- Assist the OCM Lead in the development and production of internal publications, presentations, and other communications; developing surveys and analyzing feedback data
- Develop a reporting methodology to track training reach and learner progress in support of workforce technological optimization
- Synthesize reports on organizational progress against quarterly objectives, feature completion, etc
Qualifications - Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency with SharePoint
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications - Preferred:
- SharePoint and site maintenance skills and experience
- Strong communication skills, able to develop professional artifacts and messaging
- Ability to work with and support remote personnel
- Strong self-motivation, ability to anticipate needs, and be proactive in following through to completion
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements
- Demonstrated professionalism in both verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Lean-Agile, SAFe methodology and Scrum - certifications are a plus
