Come experience the magic of winter at Ice Palace - Fountain Hill Winery! The Ice Palace is a unique winter attraction that runs from late December through March (weather permitting.) Our character actors fill an important role in providing a magical experience at the Ice Palace. Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Shift length ranges from 4 - 6hrs but could be up to 10hrs. Must be able to work outside with various winter weather conditions and stand on your feet for long periods of time. Weather-appropriate costumes will be provided.

Responsibilities:
-Engage and interact while remaining in character to insure a positive guest experience.
-Participate in guest activities including but not limited to, meet and greets, sing-a-longs, skits, etc.

Positions include:
Ice Queen (Elsa)
Ice Princess (Anna)
Costumed characters (Olaf, Yeti, Grinch)

Skills Needed
-Excellent ability to handle public interactions
-Acting skills to stay in character and enthusiastically interact with guests
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work with management team to create and produce quality character experiences for our guests

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent guest services and provide guests with an inviting environment they would want to return to.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Positions include ticketing, waiver attendant, greeter, and more!
• Accurately use FareHarbor ticketing system to accept payments and check customers in
• Assist in pre-season preparations.
• Work under the direction of management.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Previous experience with cash management is a plus, but not required.
