We specialize in imported and domestic cheese. We make our own homemade cheese spreads including Garlic, Jalapeño, Horseradish, Bacon, Smokey Jalapeño, Fiery Jalapeño, and our three cheese spread, Creamy Blue Cheddar. In-store we create our delicious, specialty flavored cheeses including: Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Strawberry, and Blueberry cheese.

Creating enjoyable experiences is what we do at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. This extends to all of our properties - the Lodge encompasses the River Place Shops, Covered Bridge Shop, Cheese Haus and all jobs within the Lodge itself. We are focused on making sure that your experience as an employee, no matter where you work, is stress-free and every day is a great day working together. Cheese Haus Sales Assistants help keep the store stocked and help guests as they peruse the store, assisting with checkouts at the register, as well. The Frankenmuth Cheese Haus is located on Main Street and receives much of the foot-traffic famous to Frankenmuth's walkways.

Come to the Bavarian Inn Lodge and behind the conference center of the hotel you'll find our entrance by following the white fence walkway.
