Sales Associate for Chemicals

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, Commissions based, dynamic team environment and have prior sales experience, we want to hear from you.

• Work typically runs from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• We offer Paid Time Off and Vacations after a year, Paid Holidays after 90 days.

The position is for a Chemical Sales Associate. You will call and visit customers to retain active accounts and bring in new accounts. Each new employee will go though a paid training process that normally lasts from 1-2 weeks. The Sales Representative will work directly with team management to ensure they have the necessary goals, tasks, knowledge, supplies and customer care they need to successfully fill their sales portfolio.

• Take care of customers to get what they need in an efficient friendly manor.
• Must be comfortable talking to people and have the salesman look and feel.

• Utilize company resources to ensure each customer gets what they need.

• Work remotely; at home and on the road, collecting customers, door to door, becoming their sales representative.

• Attend weekly sales meeting with sales staff.

• Follow through with customers and track weekly sales.

• Become a primary customer service contact for account clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.

• Work with manager and purchasing coordinator to ensure proper product is coming in as scheduled.

• Possibly contract jobs to ensure each job runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Negotiate with sales reps to ensure the best pricing for our customers.

• Attend sales training sessions when scheduled.

• Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Skills & Experience needed:

• 1+ years’ of sales experience.

• 1+ years in customer service
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent team development and leadership skills
