The leadership of this company is very forward-thinking, as an example, the whole estimating team has been remote for years before COVID hit.

Role: Chief Estimator

Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to come in and lead a team of remote estimators who collaboratively bid projects. This isn't about a personality or one superstar, this team is built around each person doing their part. You will lead them, delegate projects to people, and oversee the whole Estimating process. You will be an integral part of the success of the company. You're role will take work off of the owner's plate to free him to lead and plan for the future of the company. This makes your work highly valuable to the ownership. This role comes with huge compensation potential from day 1, and as you succeed, you have the opportunity to continue to grow your compensation long-term. Your ability to learn the systems, learn the ownership, and learn the company, as well as to improve the systems and free the ownership for owner-focused work will heavily determine the level of success this company sees in the next decade and beyond.

Background Experience

You're an expert Millwork Estimator with 10+ years in commercial millwork

You're a leader with proven experience and results

You've been successful in a competitive market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
