Key Role:
Assist in the overall management of technical and logistical support across all client mission areas by planning, coordinating, and delivering of supply chain logistical services. Help to ensure that the design, implementation, and operations of supply chain logistics is efficient and effective across customer’s organization. Provide sound advice and subject matter expertise on a wide range of complex issues and problems, including logistical workflows to organize, store, and monitor the distribution and shipment of the right quantities of products to the right customers, at the right time and to the right destination. Work with the client to set and achieve logistics policy goals and objectives, identify clients' needs and match them to appropriate solutions, and monitor ongoing developments inside and outside the clients' environment to keep informed and anticipate problems. Keep clients informed of progress or setbacks in projects and meet timeline for delivery of products or services to client. Work in collaboration and partner with key stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the client organization and manage and coordinate logistics support operations provided by the team. Develop clear goals that are consistent with agreed strategies, identify priority activities and assignments, adjust priorities as required, and allocate appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work. Guide and support the staff in meeting their objectives and outputs by effectively developing staff under supervision, including their on-going learning and development in supply chain management. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in the full supply chain life cycle process, including inventory management, order, and asset and risk management
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience with working in avhealthcare setting responsible for medical supply logistics management
- Experience with organizational change management to support supply chain management process improvements as processes evolve and new technology and products are added to the supply chain ecosystem
- Knowledge of logistics operations and practices
- Ability to develop logistics plans, policies, procedures, and workflows
- Ability to provide technical and procedural advice in a broad range of logistics areas
- Master’s degree in supply chain and logistics management, finance, or IT management

- Ability to monitor and adjusts plans and actions as necessary
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external supply chain stakeholders
- Ability to be conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines, and achieving results
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification
- Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) Certification
- Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Professional (SCOR-P) Certification

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $88,500 - $184,900 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $94,000 - $225,900 (annualized USD)
