DCCH Center for Children and Families is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists for a first shift schedule (Mon-Fri 7a-3p) and second shift schedules (Tues-Sat 3p-11p) in our Residential Treatment program. The primary responsibility of this position is the therapeutic supervision of children with emotional and/ or behavioral difficulties. The children at DCCH have experienced trauma and it takes a special person who can help them heal and find hope in a brighter future. This position requires supporting children in crisis, providing therapeutic solutions to address challenging behaviors, and facilitating positive outcomes with children who sometimes have difficulty connecting with others. Candidates must be compassionate and have strong relationship building skills to support our Trauma Informed approach. Full time positions include a full benefit package, tuition reimbursement and optional pension plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
