Responsibilities:

As a shift manager, you must be able to lead your team through a shift ensuring all policies, procedures, and standards are met by the team. The shift manager is vital part our organization and day to day operations. In addition to leading a team and being a role model, you must be able to fulfil all playcrew responsibilities which include: lead a group of children in crafts and games, responsibly supervise children, follow all safety practices, facilitate transitions into and out of the center, physically pick up a child, clean and sanitize. prepare and serve meals, exercise good judgement, provide transportation (must be 25 years of age or older) and have fun! Our goal is to maintain a safe and fun environment where children wish to return again and again!

Skills:

Great customer skills are required. A shift manager is the face of our center which requires excellent oral and written communication skills! You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, and pass a background check.

A professional demeanor with staff, parents and children is required at all times. You must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a pleasant attitude and initiative! Above all -you must enjoy being actively engaged with children!! Experience working in with children and in management preferred but not required. We will train candidates who have a love of children and inspire others!

Flexible schedules, FT/PT available. ***Weekend evenings are required*** All team members must obtain CPR and Food Handlers Certification within first week of employment! Managers who provide transportation must have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and be at least 25 years of age or older

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
