Our VERY BUSY, growing integrated clinic is looking for the very best professional, energetic, and dependable Medical Assistant.

The position involves being energetic, detail oriented, following set processes and procedures, being totally focused on patient satisfaction at all times, organizing workload, handling a very busy therapy area, and being a positive leader. The candidate must be super on the telephone, have excellent communication skills with everyone spoken to, and love the details that make things excellent. This position is part-time. The office has a team-oriented, lively, positive atmosphere and looks forward to adding a team member with a high level of enthusiasm and passion for helping others. Pay will be based on experience, skills, and added value to the clinic, with continuous opportunity for growth!

This is a part-time job that will have 25-30 hours per week offered.

A few parts of this job are below:

• Assist the doctors with various therapies and examinations
• Prepare treatment rooms for patients
• Control the flow of the office by directing patients to the appropriate areas of the clinic
• Instruct and supervise treatment protocols
• Administer therapies including cervical and lumbar decompression, electrotherapy, rehab exercises, and hot/cold therapeutic instructions
• Communicate well with doctors, technicians, and office staff to provide pertinent patient information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide excellent customer service for patients
• Practice confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to Clinic policies and HIPAA requirements
• Use customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly
• Other duties as assigned
