WHAT WE OFFER:
- $15-16 p/h based on experience
- 8AM-5PM schedule

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:
- Handle customer service in person, via email and via telephone support, routing calls and messages as needed
- Complete system entry for financial information, assignments, stop pays, loss reports, etc.
- Assist adjusters by providing instructions to insureds/claimants, delivering checks, obtaining signed claim forms, ordering reports and appraisals and generating letters
- Mail and document processing
- Maintain and handle service calls for assigned office equipment
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Assist examiner and manager in daily claims operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3yrs of customer service and administrative experience
- Familiarity with finance and claims
- Excellent organization to detail
- Strong customer service skills
