Responsibilities Include:

- Drive 2023 Kenworth T880 Tractor with 2023 Talbert 55 ton RGN

- Drive 2023 Peterbilt 567 Tandem Rollback

- Safely hook up and transport heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment.

- Diagnose and perform basic repair tasks to allow for safe heavy hauling.

- Have extensive understanding of a tow vehicle’s capabilities in relation to allowable weight, height, and length of the equipment/vehicles to be towed.

- Maintain a safe driving history and comply with all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.

- Maintain a current and valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with the appropriate endorsements.

- Maintain a current and valid DOT medical card issued by a qualified medical provider.

- Operate skid steers, dozers, loaders, excavators and other equipment as needed

- Make judgements regarding the most safe and efficient operations of equipment and attachments

- Perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling trucks/machines

- Perform light welding and torch cutting.

Qualifications:

- Driver’s License

- CDL Class A

- TWIC Card

- Commercial Driving: 2 years

- Heavy Equipment Hauling: 2 years

- Heavy Equipment Operating: 2 years

- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with own transportation

- Must possess very good hand, foot and eye coordination to safely operate their equipment.

- Requires extensive and heavy physical activity and dexterity.

- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
