Facility Contract Services is a Florida based contract services company, responsible for the employment and management of personnel for municipal clients. Facility Contract Services is currently seeking dynamic and goal-driven employees for the City of Pembroke Pines. JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the Supervision of the Principal/Assistant Principal, the Clerical Specialist provides the highest quality secretarial support to the staff, students, teachers, parents, and community.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process correspondence
• Maintain data files.
• Answer telephones.
• Correspondence with teachers, parents, and students.
• Maintain cumulative student folders.
• Update school district student database (TERMS).
• Maintain student discipline folders.
• Process all student attendance data.
• Process FTE records.
• Free/reduced lunches.
• Handle clinic.
• Input master schedule into TERMS.
• Student schedule changes.
• Coordinate volunteer hour records.
• Responsible for bubble sheets/grades.
• Order supplies.
• Make photocopies.
• Process ESE and ESOL data on TERMS.
• Coordinate room usage.
• Maintain immunization records.
• Sign students in and out.
• Coordinate events.
• Handle community inquiries.
• Handle complaints.
• Liaison with City.
