What You Bring

  • B.S./B.A. Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional services environment, or related field
  • Strong project coordination capabilities for supporting and delivering across multiple engagements with varying deadlines and deliverables
  • Capacity to interact credibly with executive clients, with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Capability to quickly develop rapport with a variety of clients and work cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to influence others to take a course of action and takes pride in hitting all milestones
  • Genuine care for people with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, board members, clients, and external constituents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Suite and project management software like Wrike is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience in use of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus
  • Ability to travel (<30%)

What You'll Do

  • Join the Client Executive on client interactions to build relationships, take notes, summarize key takeaways, and send follow ups to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Get internal team aligned on client meetings we have coming up, prepare client facing materials, agendas and internal notes for interactions later in the week.
  • Share thought leadership and inspirational messages to the client.
  • Manage complex day-to-day activities and partner with the Client Executive to successfully deliver the HiPER System across multiple accounts.
  • Partner with the Client Executive to interview client stakeholders, capture insights, ask curious questions, and analyze results.
  • Aggregate qualitative and quantitative data and prepare presentations for clients that deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Track and manage the clients’ profiles and ensure their information is staying up to date in Salesforce
  • Be the voice of the customer to the internal team and use knowledge of client’s needs to inform how we evolve the product.
  • Meet with the Client Team to discuss current client engagements, problem-solve challenges they face, and keep them engaged, inspired, and moving forward to successfully deliver their change initiative.
  • Effectively lead internal (and possibly external) client meetings.
