Driggs Title Agency is in search of an experienced Client Concierge Specialist at our Metro Office. The ideal candidate is committed to creating an exceptional experience for both our internal and external clients. Spanish speaking a plus. You are extremely tech savvy and thrive on building relationships with our customers while driving value and adoption of our products.
You must love working with a team but also be a self-starter and constantly looking for ways we can improve the customer experience. Duties:

  • Supporting the closing experiences of our home buyers. Creating an ambiance that celebrates their remarkable achievement while making sure all their needs are met.
  • Managing, nurturing and developing a strong rapport with clients with an ultimate goal of building relationships, fostering client trust and increasing participation in programs and services.
  • Plan, coordinate and instruct all branch events.
  • Follow up on completed branch events confirming that an exceptional experience was delivered.
  • Utilizing multiple marketing techniques (in-person and digital) to increase service and event participation.
  • Educating and promoting Driggs Sales and Escrow initiatives to all clients through unique customer service techniques.
  • Act as a liaison to our Escrow Officers and Sales Representatives, keeping them up to date on client status.
