Job Title: Client Experience Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Reports To: Director, Client Experience

Summary

This position is an opportunity to join a leading-edge company in a pivotal client experience role, acting as a liaison between the client and Aspen RxHealth Operations. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Client Experience Manager develops and maintains relationships with clients and provides them product and services support that ensure client satisfaction.

General Accountabilities

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
  • Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
  • Acts as a liaison between client and Aspen RxHealth’s Operations, IT, and Clinical staff.
  • Conducts monthly reviews on accounts to evaluate clients' needs/goals/objectives are met.
  • Prepares and reports on client metrics on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Ensures that clients know how to use the reporting website and provides assistance as necessary.
  • Travel to client sites as needed (< 25%)
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid MTM and Stars program
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Healthcare and Government program experience preferred
  • Experience working as an account manager
  • Service oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
