As our Client Finance Analyst , you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
You will be a motivated finance professional to partner with the team and take some responsibility for a wide variety of core FP&A functions, both analytical and strategic in nature.
- Responsible for completing project lifestyle (lock, reconcile, close projects timely).
- Determine run rates to monitor financial progress against budgets.
- Generate system reports and analyze data to provide commentary.
- Ensure complete and accurately formatted documents for manager review.
- Prepare client profitability reports.
- Maintain timely accurate client billing, including supporting documentation.
- Coordinate contract renewals and new agreements.
- Maintain information related to annual client contractual obligations.
- Ensure financial integrity of internal reporting and procedures.
- Manage certain management reports, including Missing Time, Utilization and (Over)/Under Service.
- Identify and communicate areas of concern.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Explain and translate financial reports to client teams.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
These are the qualifications we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including familiarity with the digital environment.
- Proficiency of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Familiarity using financial reporting systems.
- Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition, reserves/ absorptions).
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
- Strong organization skills.
