Client Service Associate
The Hermann Financial Group, Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled, full-time Client Service Associate who is honest, hardworking and organized to join our advanced financial planning firm. In this role, the Client Service

Associate will work directly with Julia Patterson, Senior Client Service Associate, to create a great client experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients with service needs and help onboard new clients.
• Manage office files and paperwork.
• Assist in financial planning workflow.
• Gathering current account balances and statements from clients.
• Preparing comprehensive client reviews.
• Fielding questions and requests from clients and/or prospects.
• Responsible for staying up to date on all technology available to our team and taking the initiative to implement any tools that may improve our practice.
• Attending training seminars and teaching any relevant details to the rest of the team.
• Advisor calendar management.
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
• Run errands as requested.
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Qualifications

• Alignment with firm values and genuine interest in serving the needs of our clients through advanced financial planning.
• Absolute integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality in relation to our client’s financial affairs.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and industry personnel.
• Previous customer service industry experience and telephone skills preferred.
• Open to professional development and growth, including industry specific licensing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
