This is an “organizational obsessive/compulsive detail-freak position.”

• New account processing (moving money from old accounts to new accounts,)
• Support and attend Client Education & Fun Events

This is an on-site, full-time (40 hours weekly) position in our Bellevue headquarters, with traditional 8a-5p business hours (on non-event days,) and flexibility to adjust for events.

REQUIRED: 3 Years' prior experience processing life, annuities, and securities.
REQUIRED: A personal drive to succeed personally, professionally, and financially

Our culture is casual/informal and friendly, but very results focused, and serious about the success of our clients and our team. You’ll help 2-5 new families a week join our client family. You’ll also assist at our public intro & fun events, typically 4 to 8 weekday evenings a month, 2-4 weekend events per year. (Registrations, logistics, appointment setting.) Healthy human 40 hour work weeks are the norm, so you can flex daily hours to offset our offsite event hours.

Although everyone brings their strengths, and you will ‘own’ certain baseline tasks, responsibilities, and results, everyone also cross-trains to cover for anybody else when it’s useful. The mission of everyone on our team is to do whatever it takes to succeed.

Qualifications

• (Required) 3+ years life, annuity, investment admin experience.
• (Required) WA Life & Health Insurance License.
• (Required) *Freaky* Attention to Detail, Hustle, & Hunger.
• (Required) CRM experience (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, or equivalent.)
• (Required) Google Apps, Calendar, Sheets, & Docs.
• (Required) Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• (preferred) Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 securities license.
• (preferred) Bachelors or Associates Degree.
• Real World Experience trumps degrees.
