To help us do this, we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to work with our attorney clients. This is a virtual contract position starting with 10-15 hours per week during training with the potential for full time hours. We’re interested in someone located in the Orlando/Central Florida area, which is where we train most of our clients. These sessions are held for two days each quarter. We’re searching for someone with excellent phone skills, who enjoys working independently, and is self-motivated.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has three to five years of experience working in a law firm and with attorneys.
• Has experience as a law firm administrator or office manager. A paralegal who also handled administrative tasks for a firm would also be considered.
• Has some experience in planning events and dealing with hotel facilities.
• Is interested in supporting lawyers and law firms to become better organized and more systemized with the ability to deliver better client service
• Is detail-oriented and comfortable with checklists, but has a personality that will allow them to operate comfortably in both group and individual settings.
• Has excellent phone skills and the ability to operate out of a home office with a quiet atmosphere and no interruptions.

A wide range of duties that include, but is not limited to:

• Supervision of live and live-streaming seminar events
• Checking in on the progress of attorneys who are attending a practice management program
• Taking notes during client calls and importing into database
