Timber Block USA is seeking an experienced professional to join our award-winning team as a Client Service Specialist at our US headquarters in Connelly Springs, (Hickory) NC.

Timber Block USA designs, engineers, and builds luxury custom homes throughout North America. We provide our clients with state-of-the-art, environmentally responsible technology to bring their vision and investment to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Access client needs, preferences, and expectations regarding their lifestyle and specific products for their new home.
  • Active participation in office management.
  • Greet potential clients in our model show home.
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Respond to and route phone, website, and social media requests.
  • Prepare internal and external reports.
  • Actively participate in company strategic planning and improvement processes.
  • Effectively communicate quality and efficiencies of Timber Block products.
  • Consult with local municipalities planning and permitting departments.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis to analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Advise clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout, and color coordination.
  • Direct clients with sales administrative duties, including contracts, selection documents, payment processing, etc.
  • Demonstrate skill in data analysis by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies, or anomalies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures including planning, budgeting, personnel, data analysis and report preparation.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Interior Design, Construction Management, Business, or Marketing is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2-years experience in residential construction related fields (construction, real estate, land development, or architectural firms prioritized) demonstrating knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • Minimum 2-years experience in client facing customer service.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the ability to quickly adapt and learn other softward programs.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to complete assigned tasks and job requirements.
  • Confident and productive working in a team environment, and independently as required.
  • Willing to work 1.5 Saturdays per month if required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, and pre-employment screening in these areas are a pre-requisite to being invited to an interview.
  • A valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A criminal background check and drug-screening are conditions of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
