Bismarck Animal Clinic & Hospital is a 5 doctor AHAA accredited veterinary hospital in the heart of North Dakota. We offer preventative care, general medicine, surgery, digital radiology, ultrasound diagnostic imaging, dental cleaning, and full in-house Idexx lab services.

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our growing team! The Client Service Representative’s main responsibility is to provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the animal hospital. More specifically, the Client Service Representative is responsible for greeting clients, determining the needs of the clients and patients, and completing the check-in and check-out process. The Client Service Representative is expected to perform the office duties related to patient care and treatment and to assist the Hospital Manager and Doctors as needed.

Other responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include but are not limited to the following:

• Answering a multi-line phone system and appointment scheduling

• Completing client reminder calls

• Computer Data Entry

• Financial obligations and payment collection

• Cleaning exam rooms and lobby area

• Receiving, unboxing, and merchandising retail items and prescription pet food

• Potential for assisting patients when help is needed from other team members

• Understand medical terms and vaccination protocols
