Job Overview:

To put our products and solutions into the hands of customers, we need a professional who is customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivate. We are currently looking for a Client Success Growth Advisor to add to our SMB RevOps team, to be a leading force that fuels our renewal and expansion efforts across key client segments. The CSGA will manage the day-to-day execution of expansion/upsell programs and the overall strategy for growing new and existing account revenue. The CSGA's responsibilities will include outreach to new and existing self-registered customers through various channels such as phone, email, and potential in-person conferences and meetings. You will leverage legal industry knowledge, your book of business's pain points and needs, and the SMB team to drive results.
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate new expansion sales within key client segments
- Drive renewal sales into existing accounts and demonstrate a strong forecast and funnel management process
- Deliver regular outbound engagement on new product updates
- Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing client base to achieve and consistently exceed retention and renewal goals
- Maintain renewal and expansion sales pipeline
- Achieve retention and sales goals measured monthly and quarterly while providing excellent client support
- Support the vision and values of the company and organization through role modeling and encouraging
behaviors
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly quota/goals
- Qualify inbound leads and prepay website customers for upsell opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close "new" business in all segments
- Continuous learning about competition and similar services
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, email sequences and networking within key clientele
- Report to SMB RevOps manager with weekly/monthly results
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar and/or 1+ years' sales experience
- Experience with 1 + years' SaaS or technology sales and goal driven role preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills; strong understanding of navigating sales cycles and closing business
- Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot (or other CRM), with aptitude to learn new systems
- Familiarity with Metabase reporting a plus
