As a Client Success Specialist, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text-and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!


CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong phone contact and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer service skills
  • Working on Saturdays
