Education
A.
Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management/administrative experience.
Master’s degree
Experience
A.
Minimum of two years of previous supervisory/management experience. Advanced degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration will count equal to one year of supervisory/management experience.
B.
Ambulatory Care Management experience
Licenses
A.

Special Skills
A.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.

Other
A.
Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of minimum 7 providers with 50K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic.

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.

Salary Range: $69,205.60 to $90,832.35 (
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
