We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our behavior health outpatient treatment clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, providing leadership support to the medical staff, training BHTs, supporting the billing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. They should also have a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Providing customer service to patients and their families.
• Ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Managing the clinic's financial resources.
• Coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and filing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assisting with billing and coding processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ 85044: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
