What you’ll do:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll work in collaboration with the Program Director and the Medical Director to meet the Center’s program objectives. You will be responsible for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement. This includes organizing and prioritizing clinical responsibilities and oversight to clinical staff.

Clinical Nurse Managers will receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Comprehensive Clinical Wound Care Training to help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a passion for wound care – while knowledge of wound care is preferred, previous experience is not required.

Clinical Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff
• May be required to provide case management to a group of patients
• Consistently looks at current processes and procedures, and identifies and implements areas of improvement

• An Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• Current RN License in state of practice
• One year experience as an RN required. Two (2) or more years’ experience preferred
• Availability to work Monday – Friday standard daytime business hours
