Job description
A client in the Nashville area is looking for Clinical Lab Assistants to join their team. This role will be working inside of a large reference lab helping to process specimens by distributing specimens to the proper areas, making sure the test tubes are kept in the proper temperature, loading the specimens into the testing machinery, and helping technologists.
Must haves:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months+ working in the medical field (cla, lab tech, phlebotomist, medical receptionist, medical records clerk)
- Comfortable being hands on with specimens including blood, urine, fecal matter, tissue, etc.
Shift:
- Tuesday - Saturday 1 AM - 9:30 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Medical Field: 1 year (Required)
