The Regional Clinical Lab Manager will be joining a reputable facility, providing leadership and support to its Laboratory Services. With previous strong supervisory or Lab management experience the Regional Clinical Lab Manager will be responsible for:

• overall administrative and managerial responsibility for coordination of all laboratory operations at assigned campus.
• Exercises general oversight of the Clinical Laboratory and Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, including Cytology and Blood Bank (transfusion services).
• Ensures that laboratory procedures are performed in accordance with prudent medical laboratory practice as defined by accepted standards of regulatory agencies and approved by the Medical Director of Laboratory Services.
• Participates in the departmental and unit based improvement process on a routine basis and other task force / committees as designated.
