The Buckeye Ranch is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our School Based Program! The School Based Supervisor coordinates communication and activities with school partners to decrease the gap in access to mental health services. Our school-based program provides evidence-based services to emotionally impaired students in our partnering school districts along with training and education to strengthen social and emotional learning skills for students. This role provides clinical direction and supervision to School Based Therapists and manages and tracks administrative tasks related to the School Based Therapist role.
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Whitehall, OH (Involves in office, work from home, and community travel) School districts include Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Columbus City, and Southwestern City.
What you’ll do:

• Routinely coaches and counsels’ staff on meeting applicable standards. Works to utilize employee strengths in both professional development and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with school partners to increase awareness of the TBR School Based Mental Health Program and support the referral process.
• Clinical supervision of school-based providers scheduled at least biweekly for each individual and with the team on a regular basis.
• Participates as on call supervisor for community-based programs and lethality assessments as needed for unlicensed staff.
• Assesses behavioral examples, including frequency, duration, severity, and environmental impacts. Identifies cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and family interaction styles.
• Ability to assess for and implement interventions developmentally appropriate for children, youth and their caregivers based on each individual’s needs.
• Take appropriate initiatives to manage crisis situations

Who you are:

• You have a Master’s degree in Social Work, or related field
• You have an active Ohio LISW or LPCC; Supervisory designation preferred
• You preferably have past clinical supervision experience and previous experience as a Social Worker, Counselor, Therapist, or Clinician
• You have an active Ohio driver’s license
