$5,000 sign-on bonus!

Exempt with Shift Flexibility
Reports to: Clinical Director
Supervises: Therapists
Salary range: $70K -$80K

Job Description
We serve members, not “patients” or “clients”. Our members establish a lifelong connection with the treatment team and the recovery community. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of the persons served. They are charged with the management of all clinical staff to include, but not limited to, psychologists, social workers, counselors, therapists, modality technologists, and interns.

Position Requirements/Qualifications Desired:

Education:
Masters Degree in social work, professional counseling, psychology or related human services field.

Experience:
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a substance abuse environment as a Clinical Supervisor

Licensure:
  • License to practice clinical discipline in Missouri. (ie. LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • CPI Certified
Other Qualifications:
  • Familiar with community resources
  • Passing background check or acquisition of exemption letter from Department of Behavioral Health


Duties/Responsibilities include, but no limited to:

  • Facilitate care that is evidence based and accounting for client needs and preferences.
  • Align all practices with the mission, vision, and ethical codes of conduct as established by the organization.
  • As a visible and responsible entity of the organization they are expected to conduct all actions in accordance with these standards to ensure the positive public opinion of the organization.
  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by their supervisor.
  • May be responsible for a caseload and shall provide clinical services in accordance with Outpatient Therapist’s job description when determined necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources and other service providers as needed.
  • Responsible for providing supervision to therapists and other staff members as assigned by their supervisor.
  • Responsible for overseeing clinical services provided by the organization and addressing and investigating any clinical issues that occur.
  • Responsible for completing tasks associated with auditing and providing training to ensure documentation and implementation of clinical services are being completed as assigned to the standard expected.
